Every remodel starts with what you want the space to do for you. We look at the rooms with you, or with your property manager, and take measurements and photos.
We email you the photos and our report, then review scope, options and pricing in person or by Zoom. You decide in your own time.

Where we offer interior remodels
Interior Remodels is offered across the Outer Banks: Corolla and the Carova 4x4 beach, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Colington, Nags Head, Roanoke Island (Manteo and Wanchese) and Hatteras Island (Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo and Avon). See Corolla & Carova and all service areas.
Not offered in the Elizabeth City area. There, we offer Pella windows only.

Do interior remodels include kitchens?
Yes. We offer interior and kitchen remodels for Outer Banks homes, starting with a look at the space and your goals.
Do you offer remodels in the Elizabeth City area?
No. Interior remodels are offered for Outer Banks homes only. In the Elizabeth City area we offer Pella windows only.
Will I get a price at the first visit?
No. The first visit is the free assessment. We bring options and pricing to a separate meeting, in person or by Zoom, so you have time to review them.
I live out of state. Can you work with my property manager?
Yes. We coordinate with your property manager and can meet them at the house for the assessment. You'll always know who's at your house. We email you photos and our report, then review options and pricing with you in a Zoom meeting.
