Homes in Corolla and on the Carova 4x4 beach get the same services and the same process as the rest of the Outer Banks, including Pella windows & doors through the Pella showroom in Kill Devil Hills, installed by Pella. Tell us where the home is in your request.
If you live out of town, we coordinate with your property manager and can meet them at the house for the free assessment. We take photos at every step and email you the photos and our report.

Options & pricing meeting
We meet again, in person or by Zoom, to review scope, pricing and questions together. For windows, you see the window price and Pella's installation estimate separately.
You decide
Take the time you need. There's no one-call close. For windows, you purchase the windows from Refresh OBX and pay Pella directly for installation.
For out-of-town owners
Own an OBX home but live somewhere else?
You shouldn't need a special trip just to find out what your house needs. How we work with out-of-town owners.

We can meet your property manager at the house for the free assessment.
Photos at every step
We take photos at every step and email them to you with our report, so you can see the work even when you're not there.

Which services do you offer in Corolla and Carova?
All of our services: windows & doors, siding, decks, roofing, painting, bathrooms, flooring, interior remodels and landscaping. That includes Pella windows & doors on the Carova 4x4 beach, through the Pella showroom in Kill Devil Hills, installed by Pella.
I don't live in Corolla full time. Can you still help?
Yes. We coordinate with your property manager, take photos at every step, email you photos and our report, and hold Zoom meetings for estimates.
Will I get a price at the first visit?
No. The first visit is the free assessment. We bring options and pricing to a separate meeting, in person or by Zoom, so you have time to review them.
