Refresh OBX, LLC is an Outer Banks home improvement company co-owned by Kevin Pillsbury and Marty Thompson. We treat you like family: personal service from start to finish.

What we do
On the Outer Banks: windows & doors, siding, decks, roofing, painting, bathrooms, flooring, interior remodels and landscaping. In the Elizabeth City area: Pella windows only.
Refresh OBX is a Pella Certified Reseller. Pella windows & doors come through the Pella showroom in Kill Devil Hills, installed by Pella.

Free Home Health Assessment
We look at what you want checked, discuss your goals and document what we find with measurements and photos. We email you the photos and our report.
Options & pricing meeting
We meet again, in person or by Zoom, to review scope, pricing and questions together. For windows, you see the window price and Pella's installation estimate separately.
You decide
Take the time you need. There's no one-call close. For windows, you purchase the windows from Refresh OBX and pay Pella directly for installation.
